According to Section 4, the person who acquires the land must comply with the following conditions –

(a) The specified price of the land must be paid in cash at the specified office in a lump sum or in installments as specified at the specified time. . But this section shall not be deemed to prevent anyone from paying the full amount to be paid or the amount to be paid in installments in one or more installments before the specified time. The acquired land shall not be sold, donated, etc., in any way, and shall not be held as mortgagee by any person other than the agricultural development bank or the organization established by law or the designated administration to give loans to farmers. The property tax has to be paid from the year of registration of the land.
